If you’re unable to pay for tuition in full, don’t worry. We encourage you to apply for financial aid by completing our online application or filling out the EUT Financial Aid Form. Our dedicated financial aid department will review your application and provide you with the necessary assistance. Rest assured, we’ll keep you informed every step of the way through email notifications and updates on your student account. Once you’ve been approved for financial aid, you can proceed to pay for your classes using our flexible payment options, including cash, checks, credit cards, and more. Financial Aid Process



Step 1: Apply

If you are not able to pay for tuition in full prior to the deadline, you will need to complete a financial aid application to see if you qualify for any assistance.

Within 2 business days, you will receive an email from the financial aid department with the next steps.

Fill out the EUT Financial Aid Form and email it to financialaid@eliteutexas.com. Include your name, your student ID (EUTID), the course name(s) and start date(s), and the tuition amounts for these courses. If you do not have an EUTID, you receive it after applying to be a CE student.

Step 2: Award Notification

Award notification will be sent to the email address that was provided on the application and will also be posted on the student’s account

Step 3: Pay for Classes

The maximum financial aid award amount for continuing education courses is $1,500 and must be applied to the cost of tuition. Full payment of the balance if any is due at the time of registration for all continuing education courses. Accounts with outstanding balances are subject to courses being dropped for non-payment.

If you have been approved for a Payment Plan, your deposit is due in full prior to course scheduling.

Payment Options

Elite U of Texas accepts cash, money orders, cashier’s checks, EFS, Tchek, Comdata, checks, MasterCard, VISA, American Express, or Discover payments. Payments are not to exceed the amount of tuition and fee charges on the student’s account. Cash is accepted at any of our admin offices but not by mail or when using drop boxes.

For your convenience, payment can be made online 24/7 via the tuition invoice sent upon enrollment confirmation or online via EliteBlackboard. Payments can be made using a credit card for a 3 % convenience fee.
